welcome 2 our block!  the purpose of this site is 2 share  our opinion  on anything that is going on around the block.  Understand that  the block isn’t just the street we live on…it’s the entire community around us and these days with the internet and media, that could mean anywhere around the globe…better yet , let’s just open it up completely and say the block is the entire galaxy.  The block also means whatever is spinning around in our heads…we have some pretty big “block” heads, so there’s no telling what might be going on inside them. 

Here’s how the block will operate weekly: 

• we’ll post up to  2 questions for the “Neighbors” to share comments
• sha and/or jay will have an op/ed column voicing a viewpoint on whatever is going on around their “block” 
• we’ll provide a “neighborhood pick” for y’all 2 check out.  The pick could be a book, play, movie, restaurant, event, etc.  that we believe  will  be of interest 2 all of our “neighbors”
• jay and sha will have a podcast followed by a “block association” open forum meeting so all the neighbors can chime in their opinion on the topic presented on a monthly basis, there will be a “block party” 4 all of our  neighbors 2 come 2gether!
   

While we have targeted this 2 gay & bisexual women, we welcome “neighbors” from all blocks 2 come through, visit & hang at your  leisure. 
 

We ask that all of our neighbors be respectful of each other.
